I was overcharged for the service because 20 boxes were not picked up. I expect a credit for that to be used on my second pick up. The person that was sent out, kept asking for additional money. I am older and can no longer do that kind of thing as I have given and given over the years. please do not send people who are going to do that. Not professional - not an appropriate.

The drop was great and efficient. However, the pick-up was more than a day late, and the driver had trouble attaching and backing up. It took over forty-five minutes, and my lawn was he was backing up and running over my front yard.
