The pickup never happened. I called twice, once to book and the second time to confirm. They match you with someone local. I texted the number of the local person to confirm and never heard back. My landlord ended up taking the waste in his truck and driving it to a dump and taking the money from my deposit. I emailed support asking for a refund and never heard back. I also tried the online chat. I honestly think the whole site is probably a scam. I’m going to dispute the charge with my bank.

I found DWM on Google as I needed to dispose of paint cans I had accumulated over the years. It was very easy to do business with DWM and I always knew the status of my service request as they sent me email updates. They also advised me they provide other disposal services, which will be helpful for me when I get ready to dispose of some old furniture. All of the different disposal services available combined with the ease of doing business with DWM on the chemical waste disposal we just did, has me saving their contact information. Thank you!

SCAM! NOBODY CAME AND NOBODY WILL ANWSER THE PHONE! Update: They did message me 2 hours after service was suppose to be done, asking if the warrior had arrive. I told them no and requested a refund. They said they were sorry and would give me one. I will see if I receive it.
