Communication failed after original…
Communication failed after original booking. Greg is phenomenal. All correspondence between him, my purchasing department and I was very cleared. Once it was up to scheduling pick-up there was no communication until 30 min prior on the day of. And that was with a 3rd party dispatcher. The pick-up drivers did not know what they were coming to retrieve and there was no communication of a possible two-part pick-up.

I would not trust them with large items
I booked a junk piano removal. The appointment was rebooked 3 times by the provider. For the last booking, the provider was 3 hours late. They arrived during a time which my building does not allow moving. I just didn't want to turn the guys away after their long day and the multiple rebooking. It was clear the guys have never moved a piano before. They did not come ready for it and it was only 2 of them and their transport did not have a tailgate lift. I guided them. They nearly broke my floor and piano leg as the piano slipped during leg removal. And then they struggled for some minutes to lift the 500+ lb. baby grand into their transport with just 2 guys.

Extremely easy to book and Pedro was on time, organized and extremely efficient. Would recommend Dimension, especially since the price is cheaper than most removal options in NYC!

Terrible company
Terrible company! The communication is poor. They never answer the phone and they are not compensating providers. They don’t own their own trucks or have any staff. They hire just anyone to come to your house or business. Nothing professional about this company
