Updated: revising to three stars due to uneven quality of drug. This began several months ago when I noticed that upon starting a new bottle, the side effects were immediately much more pronounced, to the point of being unbearable. I switched to my standby bottle (which I had due to occasionally missing a dose) and the side effects went away. Several bottles later, upon starting a new bottle, the drug felt abruptly much less effective. I'm still working my way through that bottle and am anxious to see how the next bottle works.

My first week was awesome. I had so much energy and was not hungry. The second week my energy dwindled out and hunger pains returned. I didn't notice much help with appetite control on the 3rd and 4th week. Hoping it will help with appetite again. I am going to take for 3 months to see.

This medication did not work for me at all. I followed the dose instructions but all the medication did was get me in a terrible irritable mood, and did not control my cravings or suppress my appetite whatsoever. I felt very odd and weird throughout the month and honestly do not recommend this pill at all. Be very careful if you begin this treatment.
