Decent but needs better communication The first part, signing up, scheduling and getting the prescription from the virtual appt was great. But then after that there was no communication for almost a week and I had to contact support just to find out what was going on.. twice! It took a week before I received notice it was shipped.

Some support was excellent and I loved it, but it wasn’t consistent. other times when I used the chat to ask a question . immediately the agent disconnected the chat after providing unhelpful response. so it’s not consistently excellent but if you get a good agent, then it’s really good and I do like that y’all kept up with one issue but that’s when I had a good agent that helped me. I think the email contact was better. if I emailed for help instead of trying to do the chat.

I really loved the Dr I spoke with. She was really kind and understanding. I would have given 5 stars because of her, she was amazing. The experience was super easy and i was so happy, but I'm still waiting for my script to get shipped and it's been 3 days now. So 1 star for the pharmacy. 1 star for live chat. Live chat told me they'd get it done yesterday, when I actually gotll someone on there. I've tried chat several times and only once was someone available and we got disconnected. I'm not happy that the pharmacy is holding my script I paid over $300, 3 days ago and now it's the weekend. Funny how they're so efficient until they get your money.

I thought the doctor would discuss my current Medicine regimen and ask me a few questions but he just told me I’d love Contrave and that’s about it. I hope I get instructions on how to take the meds and more information when it arrives.

It lasted like a minute. I thought it was going to be 10 minutes explaining me more on medication for the $45 tele consult. But overall exited in trying Contrave !
