We collect as much medical information as possible online so our providers can review it ahead of time, but in some states, regulations require a video or phone telehealth visit. We take compliance very seriously and want to ensure our patients receive the best possible care to support them on their weight loss journey. The $45 doctor fee is for an annual consultation, so you won't have to worry about that on your next shipment. This is stated on the website as well as at checkout.
