Prompt response to my question and good follow up.

My first bite guard did not fit. I contacted Cheeky customer support, and they readily sent me another impression kit. I redid the impression, being extra careful to cover teeth and a little bit of my gums and sent it back. Just received the new bite guard - it fits perfectly and should help reduce further gum damage while also maintaining my alignment. I very likely will order again when this one is ready to be replaced!

I placed an order 11 days ago, and I have not heard back. The impression kit has not been shipped, I have not heard back from support. Edit : after 12 days I finally heard back from support - thus adding one star to my review score.

Was not thrilled with the hybrid night guard and requested to exchange/return for a hard night guard per my dentists recommendation. The process was quite easy and communication was well delivered.

I had a mouth guard, my second order, that was sent to me that didn't fit well, it was cut a little too short so to speak. The team worked with me to send out a replacement, complimentary!! Christian, my rep, was great at communication and was very professional. I will use them again. Thank you
