Ordered in May said out for delivery June 10 reached out to customer service via email. I ask them to credit my card if cant deliver. Said since out for delivery couldn't credit. They didn't place number on address still haven't received believe this to be a scam would warn others not to order Nothing been done to correct as of 6/25 did receive email address was wrong They replied not a scam but card been charged since May and I don’t have product

I can confirm that Bolt Hero finally arrived not via Evri. The customer service was stepped up and i had no further reason to pursue a refund. It is a shame the business lost custom to scam artist in Colchester. They made no effort to return the item. Thank you to Bolt Hero. The apparatus has not been used in anger yet.

Hi Rodney, We looked into this carefully. The order was placed with a shipping address in Colchester, and that's where the parcel was delivered, confirmed by tracking. When your message came in asking to change the address, the parcel was already in transit, so it was no longer something we could redirect. Ordered 3 offset ratchets from Bolthero. Received a shoe horn!! I have emailed the company and shall see how they respond but on the face of it I am questioning whether this is a scam. Update 04/07/26 - Despite email communication from Bolthero confirming replacement product would be supplied I have not received any product or even confirmation that the product has been shipped. Update18/07/26 - No replacement has been sent and no confirmation that a replacement has been dispatched has been received. DO NOT BUY, this is clearly some sort of scam 04/08/26 - Despite the advertisers commentary that someone would be in touch to sort out my order this never happened. No product has been resent/received and no offer of a refund either. - For me, unfortunately, this is a scam.

Had a bolt on a challenging position to remove as there was only 2 inches of clearance. Using Bolthero made the removal easy. Am planning on ordering a second Bolthero for my second garage. Highly recommend Bolthero for those difficult and challenging removals.
