Ordered July 3. Paid $69. Delivery is very slow. Bolthero reps tell me they dont know the carrier. (Sounds like BS). It been 4 weeks. Still not here. Request for refund denied. Scam!!!!! DO NOT BUY!! Im am a paying customer. I have been in touch with your customer service, which just tells me 'sorry, just keep waiting'. Talk to your customer rep. She knows I'm pissed.

I ordered a bolt hero got it was damaged I contact them said refund my purchase never happened. Contacted the like 8 times no answer. Bad company don't buy

Your order from is fraud. I ordered one tool and submitted my credit card info. Then a 25% coupon popped up so I clicked on it. The order changed to two (2) wrenches. I tried every way to cancel the order. Even tried the help button. I was told it was too late the order was already processed. I tried for a week to get ahold of someone. Lack of support.

Defective product. Limited email responses. among the final ones was asking for a video of the problem. Of which I sent. followed by their reply, do you want another, or a refund. And I asked for - ONE THAT WORKED. Of which, that is the end. I never got a replacement. Nor will they acknowledge the many emails since asking, - Where is my replacement Bolt Hero? I am currently asking my credit card company if I can get a refund for a defective product.

The tool is very cheaply made and i received a tool that was defective. I have got a big run around trying to return it and get my money back. All they offer me is half my money back and keep the defective tool. Do not purchase anything from this company!

This product is low quality for a high price. It also took a long time to arrive after purchase and payment. Similar product available online for less money and probably faster delivery. This now says unprompted review which is incorrect. I purchased the product. I got spammed with email in an attempt to remove my honest review. I am just saying it how I found the experience and the quality.

Poor comms, delivery longer than expected, failure to honour 50% credit for delays overall a poor experience, hopefully when it arrives it will at least be fit for purpose
