90 Minute tour, try over 3 Hours REALLY!
I was more than upset that our 90 minute timeshare tour turned into over 3 hours. Really! And our stay at Brookside was not so great, fekle matter on the bathroom wall mildew/mold around shower door. This was not worth the $120.00 we paid. NOT HAPPY!

Donna, we're very sorry to hear about your experience. That is unacceptable and we will be reporting this to our resort partner. We wish we would have heard from you during your stay so we could've attempted to fix this while you were in Gatlinburg. We would love if you gave us the opportunity to make it up to you. Please contact us, notes have been made on your account regarding your experience. Again, very sorry to hear about this.

Disappointed
Well first we were told we"d have a choice of either eating at the motel or would be able to go to a local pancake house. We did not get that choice and we did ask several people! Then the $100 dining card is a joke! You have to go onto restaurant.com to use it. Which you have to spend double the certificate at the restaurant!

Wouldn't recommend
We booked for Virginia Beach. There was no problems with charging, 3 nights for $129 total. But 1st day went driving, second day was the presentation which was about and even more than 2 hours. And because it happened to be around noon so the day was almost gone! The 3rd day was the only one day that we were free and could enjoy the vacation. Do not count 4th day - check out time at Atrium Resort is 10 am!!! That was it! Too much rush and driving for just ONE full day vacation! Was ok ....but I wouldn't do it again......

Shular Inn @ Pigeon Forge,Tennessee
The hotel was nice and they upgraded me for free. It was my Anniversary and the jacuzzi room was an added bonus.

Had a great time!
We had a fantastic trip to Westgate Lake Resort! Our 2 bedroom villa was spacious, clean and comfortable. We would definitely consider returning for a future family trip. Only issue we had was that we left behind a phone charger, a brand new pair of men's name brand tennis shoes and a nice shirt that still had the tags on it and when we remembered them on our drive home we called the resort only to find out that nothing had been turned in. That was a bummer but I should have opened that closet on my final walk-through... All in all, it was a great time!
