While the deal I got was attractive, I happen to see better deal for same location and same number of days that was never brought to my attention during my interaction with the agent.

How long it took to confirm my reservations

They told us we were pre approved over the phone for a timeshare presentation to get a room at a reduced rate once there they told us we weren't approved and charged us a fine for not going to the timeshare. We ended up still getting the room at a reduced rate but had to pay a 275$ fee

Nice hotel stay but the resort tour required was supposed to be 90 mins ended up being a little over 4 hours

One rep said i will have a King size bed in a studio resort at Westgate, then the 2nd rep on the same call to verify my reservation said I will have a queen size bed. So i was receiving conflicting information which is sort of frustrating. And the price they gave was 2 different amounts. 🤦🏾‍♀️

El hotel en su exterior es muy bueno la zona acuática es genial pero las habitaciones son muy sucias … no se que limpieza hacen , el baño que me toco tenia hongos negros en toda la ducha , tengo una niña y nos día asco bañarnos ahí , el piso estaba sucio. La verdad no volvería ni lo recomendaría a nadie

Waited 5 hours for extra linens for the roll-away bed. Found curly hairs in the jacuzzi. I did like the text message concierge.

The resort itself was AMAZING!!! The only down part is that they lie to you about how long the timeshare tour is. It took up most of the day on Saturday and I was not able to enjoy anything. The representatives were very pushy and would not accept no for an answer. They would force you to sit there by telling you that if you did not sit there the whole time and continue to be pressured they would charge you the full price of the stay. Horrible sales people.
