The reservation was a breeze for a November stay. The suite was described and the rules for the presentation were explained.

Room r good but timeshare presentation gift they told us on phone free cruise up to 500 off but after done presentation they give 500 gift travel card and u not gonna use in one time that they use trick so I don’t like there presentation promises

You charged me when I tried to reschedule. What’s up with that. Bad business on your part.

The room was very nice, but the timeshare tour that you have to sit through was just brutal. They told us it would be around 90 minutes, but it turned into over 3 hours. On top of that, every one of the salesmen acted and looked like they were on pep pills or something. Eyes red and shakey and very loud and hyper. It was just uncomfortable all together. Will definitely not recommend or ever go back. Only giving 2 stars because the room was nice.

I can not believe how easy I was helped . We continue to trust this company.

This was a great opportunity and my family enjoyed every moment! ❤️
