My iPhone 12 pro max screen got broke which required a whole unit replacement. I have claimed Akko and they provided reimbursement as soon as I provided the receipt. During the whole process (which took around 2 days), Akko helped and responded to me promptly and they exceeded my expectations. I would personally highly recommend Akko. They are the best.

I've used AKKO for over 3 years now (2 crack screens & 1 water damaged) and I've been extremely pleased with their customer service and quick resolution. They are not like the other slow insurance companies that auto-denies your claims. I would highly recommend AKKO!!!

Claims process was extremely easy and the response time was amazingly fast. In fact, they were waiting on me and when I finally got all the documentation to them, they had the money sent out in less than an hour. The entire process was fantastic! Kudos to excellent claims service.

AKKO was an excellent choice for plan protection. I thought the claims process was to be a long, drawn out process, and that payout process was going to be an overall hassle. It was my first time filing a claim for my cell phone, and tablet which I used for work. The overall claims process was about 10 days from beginning to end. Customer service was very helpful, and it was an overall A+ experience. I’d recommend AKKO to all my friends and family; AKKO was definitely a nice alternative to AppleCare and other manufactured warranty products because sometimes they only offer limited support. I will certainly recommend AKKO. I received a prompt PayPal payment within 1 to 2 days after sending confirmation by Email and the business day. The email process was a bit slow, but customer support usually answered within the same business day. Overall a great experience. As an avid technology user; photographer; gamer; and audiophile AKKO really provided peace of mind to all of my electronics ranging from personal use to work. It’s safe to say I’m always covered in my plan for the unexpected. A+++++++

I made a claim 3 days ago because I dropped my my macbook. It was really easy and fast to make a claim. They reached out to me the same day and transfered me to repair shop 5 mins away from my home to get diagnostic test. They did the necessary work and deposited the funds to my account. It was so much faster than I expected. They are really fast, professional and helpful. They resolved my problem in 2 days. Great budget for students. The deductible is so much less than the other companies. I highly recommend. Don’t even waste your time with other companies. Fast, safe, secure. Getakko is the best insurance company!
