They made the claim process super simple and easy. It was so easy to get my device replaced after getting it stolen, and they walked me through the process step by step. When it time came for payment they paid me via venmo in less than 10 mins, wow! I am beyond impressed with their speed of service and customer service in general. Would highly recommend them, and definitely use their srrvices again.

Akko is seriously a game changer, and it is 100% better than Apple insurance. You are able to use your Akko insurance for multiple devices, I forget the exact number but my coverage covers more devices than I even need. I have had Akko for more than 5 years and have used it on an old tv that broke during a car ride, a broken MacBook, and my headphones that were stolen. I was reimbursed for all of these items. I seriously recommend it 100% to any friends that need insurance
