I have used several other phone/device insurance companies including Asurion and Square Trade. So far my experience with AKKO has been so much better then the others I have used. The claim process with AKKO I just completed was quick and easy which is NOT my experience with the other companies I have used. To cap it off, AKKO is half the price! So for anyone considering AKKO, it's NOT to good to be true so sign up. You won't regret it!

I contacted you Monday morning when I discovered a crack at the corner of my 4 month old Samsung S7 pad. As of tonight, Thursday the entire situation has been resolved and the refund for a replacement is in my bank account. The only thing left to do is order the replacement. This is the most impressive service I have had since Covid struck. I can't say enough about the prompt responses I received all along the way, and the courteousness of the individuals I dealt with. The information I needed to supply was clear and concise. You will definitely get my recommendation to others. Thank you for a job well done!!

I dropped my iPhone causing the back glass to break filed a claim with Akko they contacted me fast and after I verified the break they sent me to apple in which they gave me a replacement and Akko sent me my funds the same day thru PayPal I totally recommend Akko

I had an accident with my cellphone again (I’m rather accident prone. Cerebral Palsy and clumsy LOL) Screen cracked, I panicked at first. Then I quickly took pictures got them to Akko and waited. I was astounded by the fast claim processing time. Especially with Good Friday tomorrow (as of the writing of this review) I was concerned I’d be waiting til Monday for my claim to be reviewed. Not only was it reviewed and did I interact with a friendly professional from claims but it was also paid today. In less than 14 hours I went from a phone with a cracked screen to a like new phone, fixed up by my local technician of my choice that I like to use. The claims process was easy and fast. The agents I spoke to were friendly and ensured that I would get speedy service as all Akko clients receive. I’ve used my Akko policy a few times and every time the claims have been processed usually in under 24 hours! Compare Akko to Asurrant and it’s a no brainer. Akko is about the same price but protects far more assets on one plan. Akko’s claim process is simple straightforward and heavily uses enrollment images to streamline making a claim when something happens. You can buy insurance through your phone carrier or you can get Akko and do more with your protection plan. Mine, instead of protecting just my phone has my laptop and big screen TV protected. Carrier insurance runs about the same cost as Akko and does a lot less and is typically slow and cumbersome to deal with. Akko is one of those no brainer sign up and forget it things (make sure you upload photos of your devices so they’re properly protected) but after that, forget it til something happens and then know you got some of the fastest insurance personnel behind you.
