Greatest product ever!

This company was great and super easy. Fast pay out. Way better than apple care! I was a little skeptical at first but Akko turned out better than expected.

A must have with any cell phone. If you happen to crack your screen very simple process of taking pictures and they give you the option of using their contractors or you can request to use your preferred cell phone repair store. Excellent communication and excellent customer service.

Akko is a truly amazing company. The best I've experienced for smartphone warranty/insurance for general issues and accidental protection. I had insurance with the previous company sometime ago, and long story short, they were not upfront about their policy for protecting my smartphone. Akko, every bit of information you need about what kind of protections you have for your smartphone, and they pretty cover everything. I love the fact that they give you top rated partner repair shops, and ones that are in your area. When I have my old company, they gave me repair shops, but they were far away, and they weren't exactly the best. The partner repair shop companies that Akko gave me, were literally 4.9 star reviewed. Actually talk to them on the phone, and not only were they professional, but they were very kind. They were very dedicated to helping me get my phone repaired. Unfortunately they could not find the part to repair my smartphone, but Akko being amazing, they instantly sent me funds to replace my smartphone for the same smartphone that I had. They actually sent me a link to the exact smartphone I can buy, with the true quoted price. I've never had that experience before with a warranty company, like the last one that I had. They're so easy to communicate with because they communicate via email, and that's great for me being an introvert. They're pretty quick with responses, and they're very knowledgeable. I was able to go through the full process of my claim via email, when the website was having issues. The process for filing a claim, I will talk about in short. Give you a brief form on their website, which you can access via desktop, laptop, or mobile phone, I love how they have optimized their website for mobile devices as well. That's literally how I did my claim, on my smartphone. They allow you to upload photos to show what issues you're having, to verify it. And then give you a reasonable amount of space to explain it via text. I was also able to copy and paste a link to a video, to show them fully what issue I was having. Once I went through the full process of options for repair, they offered me the payout for replacement. I was given multiple options for payout for my claim, including paypal, and venmo, which most people have. I got my payout THAT day after they were able to confirm with me the repair shop could not fully repair my smartphone. Can't say enough about Akko, optical about spending $15 because that's a lot of money for any adult when you already have lots of monthly obligations, but this was definitely well worth my $15 a month. I've already stated recommending them to family members and friends. If you have a smartphone, especially these super expensive smartphones, get covered. They are a great company to consider.
