The claims process was fast and easy. Reimbursement was quick as well. I would definitely recommend this phone insurance!

I had my iPhone 12 pro insured with Akko, and the battery started to bulge up. This then probably led to water damage from the break on the sims. That bulging also caused damage to the screen. Upon checking with uBreakIfix and they provided documentation of the damages to the phone, which was requested by Akko for proof of damage. Akko provided me with the funds to purchase a replacement phone as my phone could not be fixed. I am happy with my services so far.

I love AKKO insurance! Honestly I was a bit skeptical at first, but due to the cheap price of coverage I thought I would try it out. Less than a week ago I cracked my screen. Through AKKO I was able to get my screen replaced at the Apple Store at the same price as Apple Care $29! I paid the $329 out of pocket to Apple , emailed my receipt to AKKO, chose how I wanted to get paid, and within 1 day I had the funds in my account. Yes there are extra steps but you really can’t beat $4 a month for full coverage.

Concise and rapid fire communication! After my bicycles were stolen, I filed a claim in the mobile app. Within minutes I received an email from AKKO to provide a police report for the incident, which is required for theft claims. Afterwards, funds were received instantly via PayPal. Truly an unbelievable experience. Bravo!

Only had these guys three months and unfortunately lost my phone snow machining. They had my money to replace the phone in 3 business days. Far cheaper than apple care and better customer service.

They were very fast with getting the claim done and paid.

From the moment I submitted the claim they had everything in place to find an outlet that could repair my phone that had my phone parts and pieces and set up appointments follow up with me set my expectations and even paid me electronically after the claim! You guys are awesome!
