Everything was super easy and simple when filing a claim

This is one of the best experiences that I've ever had with a device warranty company. After working through their reasonable requests (getting the device diagnosed by a repair shop), they had my claim approved and I had a new phone within a few days. I will be switching my individual plans to a family plan ASAP.

The service was fast and easy, all I had to do was show proof of my broken phone get and estimated of the damages and how much it will cost to get fixed. After I provided those document the fund to fix my phone was deposited in my account, needles to say this experience was fast and easy The whole claim took less then a week to be resolved I definitely would recommend Akko insurance

I was upset at first due to the time it was taking but once everything was explained by a manager, I fully understood why it would take this amount of time. From filing my claim to getting funds sent was just under a week. I’d highly suggest using Akko. It’s amazing how you can insure I believe 25 devices along with your phone for the exact same price.
