I just filed my first claim a few days ago and I am pleased to report that the claim process went EXACTLY as Akko pledged. No hassle. No fuss. No run-around. Reimbursement for my destroyed headphones was in my Venmo account within a few days of filing my claim. Best experience I've ever had to date with an extended warranty service. I am so glad I gave Akko a try! I am going to be a lifetime customer.

4 days start to finish, Exactly the experience I was hoping. Highly recommend! Dropped my phone and cracked screen Weds night. Filed the claim the next day, along with the submitted pictures of the damaged phone as detailed in my policy. Claim was literally approved with minutes. Referred to the local Ubreakifix for the repair on Friday. Paid out of pocket just under $320, and immediately turned in receipts to AKKO, and was fully reimbursed today less my $49 deductible. Plus text and email support was surprisingly fast to respond to all my questions along the way. Very impressed.

I’ve been using a AKKO for a while now, and I’ve only had two claim and both of them were super easy and smooth, but the process took a little longer than I was expecting. I would definitely recommend this as a great insurance for Phone and electronic devices.
