The best experience getting insurance coverage on my phone. It was easy to set up, unfortunately my phone screen broke and had to get it replaced. Filing a claim was the easiest and getting support from them helped with getting my phone fixed.

I have had Akko for a while now and thankfully had not had to use it, however, recently my Apple Watch stopped working. I made a claim and within a day they responded with simple next steps to process the review. After sending in a video of the device, I had money in my account the next day approved. Grateful for an easy process.

The AKKO customer service team are very easy to work with and the instructions provided to process your claim are very easy to follow. Make sure the proper pictures are provided up front and after the device has been repaired...easy stuff. Once completed and the receipt provided, you pretty much get your money the next day. Cost of insurance and the number of items eligible to insure are far better than any other company I've found. Claims are straight forward and phone damage claims are paid same-day. Can't ask for more than that.

Have only been with Akko for 2 months when my watch came up missing. Made a claim on Saturday and received a response on Sunday that they were already working on my claim. After submitting the requested information I was paid a very fair replacement value for my watch.
