Easy to use app and great customer service! Mi iPhone 11 is grateful!

I recently lost my phone in about 3 feet of snow. I was able to submit my claim to Akko and within a couple of days had the replacement funds in my account. They were very helpful throughout the entire process. I have also used them to replace a cracked screen. This is a a great insurance carrier if you are looking for one! 100% worth it.

They are very patient and understanding. I didn't check my email for days after their responses (even a week one time), and I know most other companies would have closed the case due to lack of response. They did not, and they didn't even pressure me to hurry up or forfeit my claim. I absolutely love this company.

I’ve never had such a pleasant experience with an insurance company before. AKKO is affordable and makes getting coverage simple. In addition to this, they make the claims process incredibly easy and stress free. I have filed 2 claims for the same Apple Watch, and they resolved both of the claims within days, offering me a very fair payout via Venmo each time. Why can’t all insurance companies be like this? I submitted the claim and they accepted it promptly but did not follow through for over a month to which I had to reach out again. After this, they made amends for the inconvenience and I was happy they did. It was a great experience!
