I purchased an extended warranty on a recumbent elliptical that I purchased last November. Something happened and it stopped working. I filed a claim with AKKO and They authorized a repair company to come out and give an estimate, and then repair. The machine was repaired, and I received the funds within a week of the repair.

Had an LCD malfunction on my Samsung Frame TV and AKKO made the entire claims process incredibly easy. Communication was fast and clear, and I received my payout much quicker than expected. It’s refreshing to deal with an insurance company that actually delivers on service. Highly recommend!

Akko is one of the best products of this type that I've ever dealt with. For the price of regular cell phone insurance you, you get so much more. I've filed more than one claim with them and it has been very straight forward and the paid me (less my deductible) instantly once I had submitted my receipt

AKKO has gone above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. They have provided great service as well as great coverage. While certain things may be a little hard to understand VIA their website, their customer service makes it easier to understand. Looking for to remaining an AKKO customer for years to come.
