I've been with AKKO since 2022 and as a student they've been a lifesaver. Earlier this week, my headphones started having issues and Apple quoted me almost the full cost of a replacement after running diagnostics. I submitted the report to AKKO and had my claim approved within hours. I started the process around 10am and by 5pm that same day I already had a brand new pair of headphones in hand. The efficiency genuinely impressed me. Their support team is also easy to reach by text throughout the day. I've had a great experience with AKKO over the years and would absolutely recommend them!
