I have to say the product speaks for itself but the customer service is incredible! Had some issues with a shipment but Lee kept me up to date and it was during the winter storm, also they respond super quickly and care about their customer! Again the product makes me feel clean and fresh and I have had a noticeable decrease in acne and oil. Highly recommend

i love geology! i have tried sooo much against my oily and shiny skin. I gave a lot of money and nothing really helped or it was only short-lived. geology finally helped. just got my second 3 month set! excellent

As a Geologie customer for about two years, I have been overwhelmingly happy with both the products and customer service I've received throughout my experience, and I would enthusiastically recommend Geologie to anyone. I'd been searching for the right skin care products for me for about a year when I first tried using Geologie. Their customized solutions stood out to me since everyone's skin is different, and compared to other products I'd tried that didn't work or caused discomfort, the quality was superior from the start. The creams and face wash were simple to use, easy on my face, and achieved my desired results. Even better was Geologie's customer service. From the beginning, their team was willing to work with me to help me pick the perfect solution for my skin, offering me in-depth feedback even beyond the initial survey. If I ever needed help with the products I'd received, they always went above and beyond to offer me support. They were also very responsive, always getting back to me in a direct, timely manner. Not to mention, Geologie offers very attractive deals, which is always a plus. Overall, I couldn't recommend Geologie higher- it is a must-buy for any guy looking to up his skin care game!

I started using Geologie products 2 months ago and the results are visible, even if my acne is still there is not as bad as past months and years, sometimes I have some pimples, some redness but my skin has never been as smooth and soft as today, and in conclusion, the customer service is excellent, they are kind and they helped me understand something and they also gave me the opportunities to continue with my set during this bad period we all are going through. So, give it a try, you could find the final skincare for you face.

Fountain of youth!! But they keep turning off the faucet! Third time my order just doesn’t arrive. I pester and harass their chipper customer service people who just keep telling me to wait instead of getting my product here. How many times do you ‘lose’ a shipment or screw up the order?! What good is a skin care regimen when Geologie can’t get it to you?! 👎🏻

I found these guys through an ad and I took the chance on their 30-day trial period. I’ve suffered from acne for about 17 years, although it is far less severe as I get older, now I’m just battling the effects of aging and being a parent, ha-ha! Anyways, I’ve enjoyed the product so I went to the membership/subscription. I do believe that the product is priced a bit high, but it seems to be working. I like that the ingredients are few and are quality ingredients. One issue I have is the customer support. It took me three weeks, almost 4, to get my full-sized bottles after my trial period even though my payment was processed immediately and all email correspondence were verified to move forward with a membership. I understand the staff may be working remotely from home which has an adverse effect on communication and efficiency, though I believe this could be fixed. I will be submitting reviews on each product so that I can try out their incentive program to receive discounts. Anyways, I am happy with the product and I will continue to use it so long as my membership discount is honored. I will be reaching out to customer support for an issue with the face wash I keep in the shower. Whenever I squeeze the bottle to put product in my hand, the product comes out around the sides of the dispenser nozzle. The bottle is only 3 weeks old and it’s a 12-week bottle. Hopefully we can work out a solution. Cheers to the Geologie crew, staff, and customers.
