We deeply apologize if the 2-hour wait you endured for our customer service team to respond to your return request on the day after Christmas was an inconvenience to you. Additionally, we apologize if you had difficulty finding the return policy which is located on every page of our website. The return instructions provided to you repeat the 4 points a customer needs to know in case they fail to read the return policy. You are correct that we do not provide return labels, nor do we charge for returns like 80% of retailers this holiday season. Should you change your mind, we will welcome the opportunity to serve you again in the future.
