Gentlemen Guru was a disappointment…
Gentlemen Guru was a disappointment after being highly recommended. First you can never speak with someone over the phone, it’s all virtual assistant. Secondly, I order a tuxedo for my son’s prom and it wasn’t what we ordered. The tux had 4 hole buttons on the suit. The buttons were black with a gold strip, didn’t match the tuxedo at all. The pictures showed cloth buttons. Who puts 4 hole buttons on a 500+ dollars tuxedo. Guru should know better. The suit looked like it was pulled off the rack. It was an extremely disappointment. In addition, I have to pay 40+ dollars to send back a tuxedo that was falsely advertised. I can’t say I will recommend. 4/5/24 I meant Chat either way you can’t speak with someone directly (a human). The tracking numbers have been provided and I wish I could send pictures on this site. In your advertisement, the suit showed cloth/satin buttons, it did not show 4 hole buttons. However, you can view my post with pictures on Google reviews. Neither here or there, the suit is on its way back. Best regards

We are extremely busy during prom season and if you had called and not left a message, how can you expect a call back to resolve your issue? Secondly, the garment you received from us is exactly as shown on our website down to the four buttons shown on the sleeve. Since all of our full suits and tuxedos are made once ordered, there are no off the rack suits that are to be had here. We deeply apologize that you were not satisfied with your purchase and the free shipping you got on your order. We in no way falsely advertise any of the garments or items sold on our website. You are free to use any service you would like to return the garment to us, and we only request that you provide a return tracking number, which I see is yet to be provided. We look forward to receiving your return and processing your refund in full.
