Terrific product, but...
Terrific product! Exceeded expectations. However, in the era of the Amazon return model, anything less is annoying. Online clothing retailers have to deal with returns. I wasn't sure if I would be a medium or large so I ordered both. The return process isn't bad but it's also not great by modern standards. Write and send an email to customer service, wait over the weekend for a reply, print something out (no QR codes), box it, pay for shipping.
