I wish I would have seen these reviews before I bought from them. Absolute garbage clothing and customer service.

I have never had such a negative experience with a company before. The colors were completely inaccurate on the descriptions. I have been trying to return 2 items and the company is only responding by agreeing to give me a discount on a future order and give no return address. This makes the 4th attempt to initiate a return of two items that haven’t even been opened. The phone number listed is out of order. Absolutely would not recommend.

Website is a scam. My purchases was not the items advertised. Classic bait and switch scam. I should have looked up reviews before making purchases. In the process of trying to get a refund they will haggle back with a refund percentage starting at 10% and you will have to ship back to China at your cost. They DO NOT follow their own return policy which is stated clearly on their website. Ended up reporting to my credit company using the consumer protection act and reported it to the FTC for false information on their website. I have the Email chain to back up all my statements. One thing I noticed on Trustpilot is the only verified users on here all rated 1 star. Not a single verified user on the 5 or 4 star reviews.

To start, the items received were a marginalized version of what was illustrated on the website. I also received incorrect sizing on one of my items. I received the items in good condition but ultimately decided to send them back. Their website claims a normal return window to initiate a return however,you must first email them for authorization. That’s when you find out the truth. To return anything means shipping it at your cost back to China. Shipping costs ran somewhere in the $300 range. They will tell you that they are happy to refund your order. However, they also know the shipping costs are incredibly prohibitive so they will instead offer to refund you 10% of what you paid. So not only did I receive items that we’re not quite what was advertised, one of the items was the incorrect size and after investigating the shipping costs decided to accept the 10% refund. Here’s the best part, they didn’t even refund the money. I had to reach out to them 45 days later to find out why it had not occurred. To say that I’m thoroughly disgusted with this company is to say the least and I’m amazed that they are able to do business here. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

This is a company oporatating out of China. The shirt I bought was $50 dollars, absolutely nothing like the advertised photos and it would have cost me $45 to ship the return. I was able to have the company reinburse 15% but loss accross the board. Don't do it.

Ordered 3 cotton/linen blend shirts and received 3 polyester shirts shipped from china and I was told it will cost me $20-$50 to return the shirts. Don't waste your time or money with this website,

As everyone else has said, this is not a company located in Boston, but is a complete sham. The quality is not what is shown or described. I ordered a Henley shirt for my husband that was supposed to be cotton and presented on their website as a drapey almost linen looking shirt. It was 100% polyester and did not look like the website photo. I emailed them and asked for the return address. They are located in Guangdong, China. It would cost almost the price of the shirt to return it. I asked for a full refund and they only offered 20% off. I have disputed the charge through Capital One Visa and alerted them to this sham company.

Pure garbage absolutely garbage they said linen shirts the shirts were not linen. They start up by saying the shirt might cost $95 but they’re gonna sell you for $54. It’s just a scam as far as I’m concerned. I have no idea why I did this again. I did this a few years ago. I bought from some outlet like this. I told myself I never would do it again. Now I definitely never would. Better off paying more money order from Ralph Lauren and Polo or Brooks brother you’re better off paying more getting quality and get what you’re paying for. To me this is just a scam and quality no quality is what they actually represent in my opinion.
