Terrible quality and the company won't answer my emails asking to return the items- 3 unanswered emails so far. No other way to initiate a return, super shady. My husband placed the order and it looked reputable, but definitely is not.

I am still waiting for my refund from 10 weeks ago. I have to pay the $70 shipping to China and another $40 customs fees when it go to China. I still haven't been refunded. You can find the same junk on Amazon but with easy free returns.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FAKE STOREFRONT COMPANY. THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH AMERICAN GOODS OR QUALITY. THE SIZING IS WRONG AND THERE IS NO QUALITY. THE CONTACT PHONE NUMBER IS NOT VALID. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER E/MAILS.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. The product took forever to get here (literally shipped on a slow boat from China) and when it did, it didn't fit and was made of far cheaper material than the website photos suggest. I contacted the support email three times to initiate a return and received not a single answer. In the last email I threatened to write negative reviews like this one and gave them a 48-hour deadline to respond - more crickets. AVOID this fly-by-night company at all costs!!

Return shipping address is in China. Customer is responsible for shipping and fees, whatever they may be. If the return is not approved in china, too bad. If the item is lost in shipping, too bad etc, etc. This will be my first and last experience with this company. I will donate the jacket to charity and move on.

Just criminals. Plain and simple. I really wish I had come here first. Ordered something. Waited far too long for it to arrive. And it was... not at all what I ordered and some cheap ass shirt that I wouldn't even put on my dog. No reply from the company. Total scam.

The quality of this clothing is straight trash. I am appalled with false Advertising. This not even a good polyester much less a linen blend.

I waited forever to get my product. I asked about a return and have not heard back from them through email for two weeks now. They don’t have a real phone number to call. Won’t get back to you either. Do not buy from them.
