SCAM! I ordered a men's linen jacket. The picture on the website was exactly what I was looking for. What I received could best be described as "shiny rayon" there is no linen in it. The jacket was horrible. When you try to initiate a return, they make you pay shipping and duties which they say are more than the cost of the product. They offered me 10% of the cost back (which was negotiated to 30%). Of course they never refunded the money and went dark. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHINESE SCAM

Question all 5 star reviews for this company. They are a scam site. They aren't in Boston, or Wyoming, or the Netherlands as their site says. They are a fly-by-night out of China! Do not trust them! After sending improper product and promising a refund, I got nothing. No refund, no further reply. Bad product, bad location, bad customer service. AVOID!

Don't buy from them. Ordered what looked like a great-looking houndstooth overshirt in my regular size small. Received a cheap polyester piece of garbage with the pattern printed on it. The size was so small, I couldn't get it on. Tried to return it. First they offered me a 10% discount to keep it. Then a 20% discount to keep it. They would not send me a return address to mail the return. Just ignored me. Needed credit card intervention . DON'T!

I wish I would’ve seen these reviews before I ordered from this company! The garbage I received! I could’ve bought better quality stuff off Temu! I’m so pissed. Of course the phone number is not a real phone number cricket on the emails. I’m disputing it with my credit card company as the best option. Avoid like the plague took a month to show up.

This is a scam. Merchandise isn’t anything as shown or described. Phone number is not working and they won’t respond for returns. They are based in China. This is a scam organization BEWARE

Actually, this company deserves ZERO stars. The product I bought was totally misrepresented — it was a shirt not a jacket. They tried to prevent me from getting a refund by sending numerous e-mails with different offers. Finally they relented and gave me the address — in China! — where I had to send it back by a certain time period to qualify for a refund. They did not pay for return shipping (an industry standard) and I had to pay $40 to the USPS to ship it back. When they acknowledged I had done so they still did not issue a refund. Do not do business with Gentleman’s Prime. They are a completely disreputable company.
