I had a great experience with GenoPalate! I received my results very quickly. Customer service got back to me within a few hours after I emailed a question. The personalized recipes were awesome, and I am looking forward to making them! I also like the activate emails, which remind you to eat from your foods list.

Great info re insulin and sugars. Nice to have continuing support and not just here... buy our evaluation and you’re on your own. I was so pleasantly surprised!

This was a helpful presentation. It went through the screens we received and helped narrow down how to make the most out of the information we received.

I have waited 6 weeks for my results. There is no method of contact because it simply has a series of pop-up messages that ultimately lead you to submit your email address (with no message) to get a response which never comes. Its frustrating and the lack of updates and ability to communicate are insanely poor service.

Kelly did a great job answering questions to the best of her ability, but there were more than could have been accomodated in 45 mins. The session was targeted to folks with no background in nutrition or genetics, and I and a few of the other people in the room would have appreciated a deeper dive. I would suggest running some "advanced" sessions so that we can get more into the complex questions and spend less time on overview.

I have used GenoPalate for over a year now and for the past four months I have been strictly eating towards my genes. Eight months ago I finally had my doctor check me for celiac disease as my report said I was gluten intolerant and the report was correct I have celiac disease. One thing I found curious is that report said that I was lactose tolerant yet I was having a reaction to dairy. My doctor explained that with flat villi due to the reaction to gluten has made me lactose intolerant and that with a year or so of no gluten I may be able to tolerate dairy again. What is more is that I combined the macronutrient percentages with a fat loss and lean bulking program losing 30 pounds so far and have gained a nice amount of muscle. I started out at 315 pounds now I am down to 284.9 pounds and looking forward to my goal of 192 pounds. We are still early to the whole picture of what our genes are trying to tell us and how we should form habits around them, but so far it is pretty great.

After paying $39.95 and submitting my Ancestry.com DNA data, I received an email telling me that the data could not be used, and offering me a refund as one option. I wanted a refund. Instead, I was suddenly offered a profile that placed me in the middle of every category. My strong belief is that they just plugged me into their program without data. When I questioned this turn of events, and again requested a refund, their responses were unresponsive, and I was ignored. This is a scam, as far as I can tell. BEWARE!!

I have had a challenging history of bi-polar imbalance. These physical/emotional swings have been very hard on me. I would try to counteract them with sugar and other white foods when depressed. On the other extreme, I would eat lots of salad with little protein resulting in unhealthy highs. Even as a beginner to @GenoPalate, I am introducing some of the suggested foods. I have begun to feel a sense of balance that is new, deeper, and more balanced than past nutritional programs. I am very excited about continuing to experience improved, youthful, more balanced, grounded youthful health.
