I’ve ordered over 6 times with this company and it’s never bad. Products come fast and exactly what I want.

I loved the wig other than it being too small. I never was sent a wig this small out of all the wigs I own and I have purchased two wigs from genius wigs before and they were never this small. I'm kinda disappointed in the sized cause the wig was expensive...

I never received my package or tracking information!

Took very long to get mailed out and didn’t get mailed until AFTER I finally reached out to the company, almost a month after purchase. When it arrived, the hair itself was very thin, and nothing like the photograph pictured on the website. I do like the HD lace. I was asked to put a description for the “free“ wig I wanted and received a bob wig, which again was super thin, and nothing like what I described wanting. Disappointing experience. Won’t purchase from them again.

I will never Order from GeniusWigs ever again. I ordered a 23in Wig it was so small it would not cover my head. I’m reporting them on Rip-Of-Reporting site .so if anyone considering ordering a large beware.

They do not dissapoint!! I have ordered 4 HD crystal lace wigs from Genius within the last 2 years or so. All of them exceeded my expectation. The density has always been accurate. What you see listed on their site is exactly what you get! Although some are pricey, to me its worth it when you know quality is what you will get. I almost always use their pay in 4 plan making it more cost effective for me. I am not an influencer nor paid to write this review either. I think most important part of my experience is the customer service you receive. From timely responses to questions, to placing the order and they even follow up to make sure you received your shipment. I can recall one time getting a text response from Yoki at 12 am in response to me needing to place an expedited order!!

Thank you for trusting GeniusWigs! Our team is all in China and we still have customers who trust us and order wigs from us every year. We are all very impressed. Now in time the profit is very low we still insist to pass the good goods to customers. Bests, GeniusWigs Service Team
