I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of communication regarding my order #MIYQVRXYV. According to their website, my order was supposed to ship last week and was expected to be delivered by 8/25. As of today, my order still has not shipped, I have not received any meaningful update. I have also already reached out by email and have yet to receive a response. Unfortunately, this appears to be an ongoing issue with this company customers should not have to repeatedly chase down updates about orders that have already been paid for. I sincerely hope they can get this together and provide me with a clear update on my order, including when it will actually ship. If I do not hear back or receive an update by the delivery date they promised at checkout, I will have no choice but to dispute the transaction. I would appreciate an immediate response and some accountability regarding this delay. At this point, the lack of communication is extremely disappointing and frustrating.
