A. The shipping service doesn't reflect what is promised. No Contact if there are any problems in supply. B. The package presents itself well, when arrived, giving a good impression on quality emphasis. C. When unpacked and try to install, is when you can see the poor quality of design and functioning. The screw pad to fix the light in place, is very poor and there is ONLY a layer of rubber to actually fix the light to the desk. In fact, trying to fix tight, caused the rubber to break and the screw damage the underneath of the desk top. D. Functions are reflective of what is promised and the remote control is genuinely a PLUS, as I have the light mounted behind my screen.

It is a good product. It is hard to find the perfect light and you need to adjust it throughout the day as the light shifts. Also, can glare in your eyes contrary to selling points and you have to regularly adjust. Better than the lamp I was using before for sure.

Great illumination. I can see everything in the vicinity of my desk much clearer now. The one I bought for my wife makes it easier to see her knitting. I would have liked to mount mine on a vertical section of my desk and that is not possible because of the bottom freely rotating joint. That's why I didn't rate it 5 Stars.

I like the lamp, wish that the arm was longer. The lighting is fine.

Order process was effortless, and I'm satisfied with the quality of the product. I would have preferred the lighting to be made out of metal to make it more robust. However, I am satisfied.

Simple to use Instructions clear. Light is bright, without being blinding. Adjustment sensible. Loses a point as it replaced a now broken anglepoise, and in comparison the jointing is a bit slack and awkward. Overall works well as both a desk and media light.

Fantastic light. Well made. Great ideas to have USB outlets in the stalk. I would give this device 5/5 or 4.5 but ….. I have one small complaint, the power cord is woefully short. Does not stop me recommending this fully. But please put a longer cord on the power supply.

The desk lamp works exactly as advertised. I'm really happy with the light quality. I WFH and the room is quite dark, the lamp has made an enormous difference. I would recommend. The only reason that it is 4 and not 5 stars is the packaging, foam inside the box. I understand why given shipping around the world but not great for the environment. I'd have preferred it was packed in cardboard.
