The desk lamp I bought was exactly as advertised. It works beautifully, came very well packaged and is of a good build quality. I am very pleased with it. The company communicates really well and responds very promptly. I highly recommend Genion Space.

The DualGlow Anchor lamp came through quickly and was very well packaged to avoid damage in transit. The item itself is really effective, easy to install (intuitive enough) and generally a good buy. It is pricey though and an investment so I’d recommend buying if you are invested in a work from home space. Adjusting the light options to warm or cool and the flexible angles makes this better than regular desk lamps. Definitely will not spend any more on lamp options after this. The item also came with a free desk cleaner brush with small parts for cleaning phone/earbuds, which was handy. Just wish it had instructions as well as it has parts of it that is not too obvious how to use. All in all, this is a great product and seamless purchase experience for those looking for a lighting solution without the hassle.

The lights are really top-notch. And of course it's very easy to assemble and hooked to your desk.

This is so much better than I expect it to be! It is much heaver than I expected and very sturdy. In fact I picked it up wrong and dropped it on my foot so really do understand the weight. I paint with watercolor and other media, and appreciate that I can bring this to wherever I want to sit and paint. Everything about this is fantastic. The table top almost fits a full sheet of watercolor paper, so I'll be able to use it for most of my projects. Being able to tilt and raise the top up and down is great. I love the rechargeable, removable light. And the smaller stand fits into the top of the unit and will allow me to put a reference photo on it for painting. It also has a little drawer for accessories.

I received the product quickly and the instructions were clear for a fast set up. I love it so much I ordered a second one so I can be even more creative with my portable work space

Such a well thought out lamp which is a delight to use. The bits that particularly delighted me: - the quality of the light compared to my previous cheaper ones. It’s diffuse and comfortable, like you’re bathing in it, rather than being pierced by each individual LED. - it remembers its settings after a power off, so I can use it with a smart plug (not a big deal but it pleases me) - the remote control is so helpful; I can change settings when I move from writing to a video conference. I was apprehensive about buying something from a Facebook campaign, but I needn’t have worried. It really is the mutt’s nuts.

We absolutely LOVE our lights from Genion Space. They were easy to assemble and now I am able to bring my work home and do my courses and work from the comfort of my recliner. The light is also great for blogging.

Received my DualGlow Anchor Lamp three days ago. The difference is (literally!) like night and day. I'd been using a standard, gooseneck LED desk lamp for live video events and meetings. I had to tape a piece of paper over it to soften the harsh light, and could never position it well. The long arm on the DualGlow allowed me to mount it on the hutch over my desk and put the light at exactly the right angle. The adjustable intensity was essential, while the color temp control allows me to compensate across the day for the amount of sunlight coming through the window to my side. I've also been pleasantly surprised by how useful and reliable the remote control is. Though not essential, the side light is nice to have. I didn't have a good feel for the build quality till I started to play with it. All of these factors made me very happy I spent the extra $20 or so compared to a knockoff. Haven't needed customer support yet, and hope I never will.
