I, too fell for the “free and easy” return policy. Now they tell me that the customer pays postage and that it’s a complicated process. Not free, not easy.

Size and color is great. Just thought it would be thicker.

I absolutely love this washable runner rug! The first thing I noticed was how incredibly soft it is. It feels amazing underfoot and adds such a cozy touch to the space. The design is beautiful, with fun, intricate details that really stand out without being overwhelming. It adds so much character and warmth to my hallway. One of my favorite features is how easy it is to clean. Being washable makes maintenance so simple, especially in a high-traffic area. It came out of the wash looking just as vibrant and soft as when I first got it. If you're looking for a runner that's both practical and stylish, this is an excellent choice. It's comfortable, easy to care for, and the gorgeous design makes it a standout piece. I couldn't be happier with it!

I absolutely love this rug! The neutral beige tones and modern striped design fit perfectly with my home and instantly made the space feel warmer and more elegant. The quality exceeded my expectations—it’s soft underfoot, easy to maintain, and the washable feature is a huge plus for everyday living. It complements both modern and minimalist interiors beautifully, and I’ve received so many compliments from friends and family. If you’re looking for a stylish rug that’s also practical, I highly recommend the Sorin Washable Modern Striped Beige Rug.

it’s been two weeks since i ordered the rug and still haven’t received it.

These are absolutely the most beautiful rugs, and at such a great price! They look a lot heavier than they are and they are so soft and comfortable. I am thoroughly satisfied with this company and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.
