I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order for a rug that never arrived, and despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, the issue was not resolved in a satisfactory manner. Communication was poor, and I was left chasing updates instead of receiving proactive assistance. When you spend your money with a company, you expect them to deliver the product you ordered or at least provide timely and transparent support when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would not recommend this company based on my experience and would advise potential customers to proceed with caution.

This is not the rug I ordered

There are definite lines in rug that didn't print. This white line doesn't come out with vacuuming or scrubbing! Please send new one or i will dispute charges. This is the second time you messed up my order... Kathy

I am trying to return the rugs. I emailed company 5 times in 6 days with no response at all. I am filing a complaint with BBB. SUPPOSED TO BE FREE RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS BUT IT'S IMPOSSIBLE. there isn't a phone number either.

Zero stars!! DONT BE FOOLED! Don’t buy! customer service doesn’t exist or a refund option! A big scam. The rugs are so light weight you can’t use them unless toy glue it to the floor! A joke! I’m reporting them to my credit card company as a fraud purchase and getting my money back! This company should do be shut down!

I had an unprecedented experience, trying to return my rugs where I was told to photograph the rugs and then offered partial refund instead of accepting the rugs back and refunding 100% of the monies plus shipping like other legitimate companies do. You boast an “easy 30 day refund” process. Not So! What other reason would a person want to return a product and request a refund other than for “personal preference or other subjective reasons”. And then be made to pay for the shipping costs. What a scam!

From what I read their rugs are very nice. I ordered two of them a couple of weeks ago, after hearing they ship "fast and free". A shipping label # was created immediately, making me think it was going to ship fast after all. Not so fast. Over a week later and it still showing that the shipper is waiting to receive the product. I sent three emails to their customer service team requesting information as to why it hasn't shipped or when it's going to, and never received any answer. The only phone number I can find for the company isn't working anymore. They may make a good product, but just try reaching somebody for service!

They are a FRAUDULENT company. BUYER BEWARE. They agreed to refund me on an order that did NOT ship out as of then, only to decide to steal my money as soon as I purchased the size rug I actually needed. I spent $600 plus and they had written an agreement to refund me the original order once I placed the new one. That felt a tad bit sketchy but I really needed the right size rug so I complied thinking, “my original order hasn’t shipped out and they promised to refund me so of course I’ll be refunded” WRONG. They left our email thread ghost for almost two days before responding that the warehouse already shipped out my original order which was false; they waited two days UNTIL the warehouse shipped out my order to STEAL MY MONEY! Please please please do your measurements before buying because they will try to get DOUBLE the money from you for the same exact rug just a bigger size if you don’t!!!
