I reported a bugg, a button that didn't work as it should and get an answer after only 5 hours. They had identified the problem and had forwarded the issue to their engineers. After only one hour more, the problem was fixed! Really fast! Good work! Claes Bystedt

I had an issue which arose with Geni. I suspected a scam, initiated by them. However it has transpired it was from an unrelated source. I have retracted my initial review as Geni were extremely helpful in enabling me to discover the truth. I am very grateful to them. They were kind and helpful; not something often found in companies these days. Thank you Geni

I've experienced a problem in my family tree, after contacting Geni help, they resolved the issue quickly and completely!

Initially was having problems with the page freezing on my Android device. The page would freeze when I would add a family member to the tree. Support from Geni reached out to me very fast. I tried using my iPad instead of my Android phone, and I'm not encountering the same problem. Not sure why it works with Apple but not with Android.

Ik ben onjuistheden tegen gekomen op Geni, ook over mijzelf. Ik heb een account geopend om dat uit te zoeken en eventueel te veranderen. Dat laatste is niet mogelijk helaas. Ik vraag me af waarom er geen check is, het lijkt mij dat iedereen maar wat kan invullen en dat is kwalijk te noemen.
