The absolute worst website if you want to search for a specific vehicle with the options that one wants. I can't believe they haven't fixed it yet. They're losing a lot of sales because one can't search properly.

Bolt EV
In 2017, I bought a Chevrolet Bolt (delivered on 3/18/17. I made this purchase at F. H. Dailey Chevrolet, 800 Davis Street, San Leandro, CA 94577-1512. Though I was initially pleased with the Bolt it has turned out to be a lemon. Unfortunately, the car has not performed well because of numerous recalls and different systems not working or lasting. For instance, in 2023 I had to have the power cord replaced ($800) and then later in the year the car would not go into reverse or drive and I had to have it towed to the dealership ($160). To have this problem analyzed it cost $253 plus $300 to have the small batter replaced so that further analysis could be conducted (total bill for this work $553.49). I do not see these problems being a result of anything that I did. The car has only been driven 39,839 miles. I wrote a letter to the dealership and GM Customer Care and Aftersales requesting (1) a buyback, (2) a car swap, or (3) being directly reimbursed for these expenses during 2023 (a total of $1,518.49). I heard back from GM and they turned down all three requests. They offered a owner loyalty certificate which would “knock a few thousand dollars off the price” but of course I would have to buy a new car from them. I did not hear from the dealership. Though I still strongly support electric vehicles I recommend avoiding the Bolt and GM. Poor product and poor service.

I have a Cadillac 2018 ESV model
I have a Cadillac 2018 ESV model. I brought my car for repair at Cadillac Luciani dealer. Last November 2023. They did the diagnostic in my car as I brought my car because it doesn't start. They told me there was a problem with the anti-theft system. So they placed the order for the part. My car has an extended warranty, expiring in December 1, 2023. I waited for 3 weeks for the parts to come. When they received the part and had installed it. They told me there was a problem with my battery. And it needs to be replaced. I told them that I have a proof that my battery was replaced at a cadillac dealer in DDO west island lastv April 2021. My battery was supposed to be covered by the warranty of the battery since it is not more than three years. They told me that because at that time when they replaced my battery, I didn't pay for it since it was covered by the manufacturer's warranty. My car only has an extended warranty now. regardless of whatever warranty I have right now. the fact remains that when they installed a new battery for my car in 2021, I was supposed to have a warranty for the battery. But they had initiated for me to pay for the new battery. I emailed General Motors Canada Customer Service, however, I didn't get any resolution on this. I had already taken my car and paid the balance. What I am hoping right now is the principle behind the incident and the fact that they are cheating on people and this needs to be highlighted and corrected.

Do not count on the 12 month 12,000… CPO
Do not count on the 12 month 12,000 bumper to bumper CPO warranty. Because they will tell you the defective part is blocked from the bumper to bumper warranty. Like a rearview mirror camera. Really, save your money and get a real warranty. I worked for a few gm dealerships "stealerships" and I purchased a CPO Camaro zl1 9 months ago and they not honor the camera that went out but, will replace it for $1700.00. So if you want to pay $2600.00 plus for 2 free oil changes go ahead because that's about all you can get from this preowned certified option warranty. I wish I could give them a no star review.

Un-honorable Beck and Masten Buick GMC North Dealership
I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the service I received at Beck and Masten Buick GMC North location dealership in Houston, Texas regarding my truck.
Recently, I bought a certified truck back in March 2022, since then I brought the truck 2020 Chevrolet 1500 Trail Boss LT 6 times for servicing due to safety-related issues that, unfortunately, remain unresolved. Despite my concerns about the vehicle's safety, and wanting for them to work with by replacing the vehicle, I felt pressured to continue using the truck without adequate attention or assistance from the dealership. As a customer, I expected reliable support and assistance in ensuring the safety and functionality of the vehicle, which I did not receive.
The unresolved safety issues with the truck are a matter of significant concern, and I am troubled by the lack of attention and support provided by the dealership. I believe it is crucial to understand that my family and I do not feel safe on that truck after numerous reoccurring problems. My arguments with them took me nowhere, the dealership does not care about safety of not only myself and family but also other drivers on the road.
I seek for different solutions that ensures the safety of my family. The dealership did not want to work with me at all, forcefully I had to make the decision to either take the same truck back or get a new one from them… I did not take either option. I decided to sell the truck back to them at a reasonable price point as the dealership did not offer me a good deal with the trade-in option, taking in mind today’s interest rates. Today, Beck and Masten Buick GMC North in Houston, TX have lost a customer and perhaps others, however, it will not face them at all.
Worst customer service at this dealership. Not to mention, bad image on Buick, GMC, and overall General Motors. I will never refer anyone to Beck and Masten Buick GMC North.

Ongoing problems with theXT 6…
Ongoing problems with theXT 6 Navigation from the day one when I bought this car some time in March 2023
I have been three times already to two different dealerships for no avail.
This is what happens :
Turning the engine off and staying in for a while , then start up again turns the navigation to freezing
To make it work again takes getting out of the car and come back after a few minutes to have the Navigation On.
Very frustrating and disappointing experience.
