Bought a truck and was told they would fix the seat. It’s been 5 months. Do not buy a GM vehicle. Worst customer service. It’s still warranteed too but they will just keep making you jump thru hoops. Long story short don’t trust this company or any dealer who sells GM vehicles.

terrible customer service!! At 44,000 miles my 2020 GMC Carbon Pro Sierra Denali, i was not get much heat through my vents. the repair center said the thermostat was stuck. when they installed the new one they found that i had black gunk in my cooling system which they flushed out. at 48,000 my low oil light came on. i had the oil topped off. 48,500 miles my low oil light came on again. i found the coolant reservoir was full of motor oil. i took into the dealer and they found there was a leak in the heat exchanger within the radiator. the charged almost $2,000 to replace it of which they paid $600. at 51,000 miles there is still oil in the coolant. they now want another $2,000 to flush it out and replace all of the coolant hoses that were damaged from the oil. they will only cover $700. my previous Sierra Denali only lasted 150,000 and fell apart. they may win this battle but i will win the war because i am done with GM.

I own a 2013 GMC 3500hd Denali Dually. I've had many issues since I've purchased used 5 years ago. But nothing like the issue I'm having now. I'm in Arizona for the winter, my truck broke down 2 weeks before Xmas. GM code U0101 TCM not communicating. Took to a shop they diagnosed faulty TCM control module. The put one on order with local GM dealer was told 2 weeks to get the part, 2 weeks later was to still waiting. After being told for the 3rd time 2 more weeks, we found out that GM had no stock of this part anywhere in the world. At this time we also found hundreds of other GM customers with expensive vehicles that were all having the same issue as mine. Over the last few months we've been told by HM dealers the part would be available March 1 which quickly changed to April 1 and then changed to July 1. Now some dealers say Oct and other dealers say sometime in 2024. From what others who have the issue Faulty TCM which effects all GM trucks with 6 6l Duramax & Allison transmission from 2009 to 2015 GM knew about this faulty part since at least 2010 but still used the same part without updating it, or even now they haven't made it a recall. I live full-time in my RV of which I now have to hire a company to move my trailer back home from Arizona of which is going to cost me $5800.00 because I can't get a part for my truck from GM... I know it don't matter what brand of vehicle you own there's always going to be issues that need to be repaired, but not having parts in stock for a part they know is faulty is unacceptable. I've owned many GM vehicle's in my life but this will be the deffinetly be my last one... Sincerely Very very extremely disappointed customer......

2018 Chevy Silverado pickup 4x4, 5.3 engine. 120k miles, front speed sensor/hub assembly failure, AND the dreaded lifter noise that is likely going to need cam replacement as well. Only 7k to repair. And NO assistance from GM. JUNK! NEVER AGAIN......GM, you officially make garbage on wheels now.

My wife purchased a 2017 Buick Casada A two door Convertable. Sept of last year had an issue with the rear window (glass) had a crack in it from a fallen limb and was taken care of by the insurance company. Since the glass was glued in from the factory . The whole roof needed replacement. The GM dealer orderd the roof and was getting the run around that the part was not avalible. They even went as far as telling us to call GM and complain. After several months , a represeitive from GM told her that she was very sorry for her inconvience and since she was not able to drive the car. Because of leakage into the electric components as we live in upstate New York.She was told that GM would make her car payments . Just have to show the payments were made to her Bank. My wife had to park her car in a garage as the dealer had no room to wait and drive her Aunts car for almost 5 months. Now the roof finally came and was installed . GM said since the vehicle was not left at the dealer they will not remburse anything. Instead will give her a extended service plan at a reduced rate. All they had to do is check odometer . Lies and diception . Dont buy a GM product.

If I could give them a 0 I definitely would. I have had my 2019 Silverado for a little over a year. It has had the transmission replaced in Nov was in the shop for 2 1/2 months and now a few weeks later the motor went and needs to be replaced. Contacted GM to see about a buy back option because no customer should have to go through this and it was denied due to bumper to bumper warranty is over the mileage. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM!!

They don't stand by their products because their product doesn't last. Factory dealership only parts are discontinued with no after market parts existing. Those dealership only parts are taken out of production forcing you to upgrade to newer vehicles. Forced consumerism is their goal instead of providing a vehicle that is with you for years. They will not help you with a replacement if your truck is out of warranty or over certain mileage.

We travelled 6 hrs. to buy a new vehicle at Kenora GMC after agreeing on a price which included the $1000 off hero bonus because my wife is a doctor. My wife brought pay slips and 2 other froms of ID proving she is a family doc. They told us we didn't have the proper proof and were denied the discount. I've continued fighting it through gmc canada customer service for 3 weeks providing 6-7 more pieces of proof only to be denied again. Absolutely disgusting that gmc has this program and are doing everything they can to not come good on it. It will be the last GMC we purchase and will let everyone we know how GMC Canada has acted in trying to resolve this.
