The doctors I spoke to really tried to help me and DID! I needed a new refill of Fluconazole due to a skin fungus. Unfortunately, the first medication didn't work for me, so the doctors with General Medicine wrote me another prescription (without charge). The pharmacy had many issues filling the prescriptions due to their own negligence, so I had to speak with another doctor with General Medicine. I spoke with 3 or 4 doctors here and wasn't charged for the issue. I really appreciate them working with me to get the medication I needed. Eventually with them working with me, I finally received Fluconazole tablet that will clear up this issue. I really appreciate the team at GeneralMedicine.Co!

First time using this service for bad ear ache. Had a video visit with Dr. and was told to use Claritin and prescribed prednisone if needed. I was surprised that Claritin actually helped. For this visit I felt it was worth it. Feeling better today. Dr. did check back yo see how I was doing. I have no complaints. Will use again.

I am so grateful I found General Medicine. The doctor I am working with for some gastro issues I have and has been the first doctor to actually listen to my concerns and we are trying to find a solution together. I will continue using them for some of my medical needs.

I was on vacation in another state and had a non emergency situation that i needed care for so i utilized General Medicine.As an Emergency Department RN for many years i can be critical and I can only rate the service i received as excellent. Not only was the response quick the cost was less than visiting urgent care and needless to say more convenient . In addition i received several check in’s via texts over the next week Of note my virtual visit and treatment plan was completed in between rides at Disney World! Thank you General Medicine

I was having a problem with burning mouth syndrome, and after visiting my primary and my cardiologist, and neither one of them could give me an answer. I search the web for an answer to my problem, and I found that this practice specialized in mouth issues at the talking with the practitioner, analyze the medication I was on and found that two of them were conflicting. Revise me to stop taking one of those medication's. After calling my doctor, the next day and discussing with him, he agreed that that medicine could be the link to my problem. Hence, I have stopped taking that medicine since and my problem has gone away. So I am eternally grateful. . Revise me to stop taking one of those medication's.
