Wonderful experience, felt genuinely cared about, as well as my Doctor gave me recommendations in the future. I have been out on workers comp after an injury, so the ease of General Medicine was phenomenal being able to stay on my pain medication regime and still feel I was with a respectful and reputable doctor. I met my deductible (for the first time ever) and decided to scramble and get all my doctors aligned to best benefit me financially. This of course required referrals and a prescription for new DME. I explained my situation, the issue with my DME equipment, and what I thought it was causing from not working correctly. The Doctor agreed, gave me suggestions moving forward as well as what I can do while I wait on my equipment. I even inadvertently gave the wrong information and my DME prescription and referral were sent to the wrong places. General Medicine, however, was just a text away. I sent a text, got a quick response, and my DME prescription and referral was quickly sent to the places that I messed up on. Thank you General Medicine for a great experience.

After a week with a UTI confirmed by home test strips, I found General Medicine as an option because I did not have time to see my doctor in person. Making an appt was very easy, the appt itself was perfect and very convenient while sitting in my car just before going into work. They sent a Rx to my pharmacy and I picked it up right after work. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to handle a simple medical need in this busy life.
