I was surprised and happy about how easy the process was. I woke up with symptoms and by 1 pm the same day I had a diagnosis and prescription.

I had a great experience with receiving treatment for postherpatic neuralgia following shingles infection. After a completing a concise questionnaire and a few questions from a real person via text, I was able to pick up my prescription from a local pharmacy. And throughout the course of the medication, GM staff kept monitoring my progress. I am very pleased with telemedicine service and will come back in the future should I have another medical issue.
