The Doctor i saw was exceptional. They handled my asthma flare up perfect. Would give 10 stars if possible.

Quick and easy to get a same-day appointment. The physician I saw seemed to actually care about how I was feeling and was happy to answer any questions. Getting my prescription sent over to pharmacy was also no hassle at all.

The whole experience was easy to do and the doctor was kind and thoughtful. On top of that, they made sure and checked in to make sure my prescription made it, to make sure I received it & to make sure everything was going well with it once I started taking it. You won't get that level of care with anyone else.

MY DR. WENT OUT OF TOWN FOR A WEEK WITHOUT RESPONDING TO REFILL REQUESTS. THE MEDICATION I NEEDED HAS UGLY WITHDRAWALS SO I COULD NOT WAIT A WEEK. GENERAL MEDICINE RESPONDED SO WUICKLY AMD PROFESSIONALLY TO MAKE SURE I MEEDED THE MEDICATION AND THAT IT WAS ORDERED PROMPTLY. THEY HAVE FOLLOWED UP SEVERAL TIMES AFTER I PICKED UP THE MEDICATION TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS GOING WELL. NICELY DONE! I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND!

We were planning for a trip to South America. I already met with my primary and gotten some medication’s, but then someone mentioned we should also carry an antibiotic for travelers diarrhea. I didn’t have time to make an appointment with my primary again, so a quick Google search brought me to this company. They were fast, efficient and professional. I got my prescription the same day And went on my trip. Fortunately, we did not need it. They also kept checking in with us over text to make sure we were doing OK. Way better service (and less expensive) than my primary care office. Highly recommend.

Instead of a 2 week wait and a 4 hour drive over and back to my usual provider for an ear infection, I simply set the appointment online and saw my ENT virtually on the same day. Had a scrip booked with pharmacy an hour later. Good followup This is what virtual medicine should really look like everywhere. Excellent availability, Convenient remote care with great providers, and low patient drama to get care.

I highly recommend the team at General Medicine. Getting care was easy, and then appointments I had were thorough, friendly, and collaborative. I had a health issue come up while I was between insurance providers, and it was a huge relief to be able to be able to see physicians who could help me quickly, and in such a cost effective manner. So grateful for this service and I’ll be telling friends and family about this to help with their needs as well.
