Very short time in getting an appointment at the same day only a couple hours later. The doctor was very thorough and friendly helped me with what I needed.

No complaints. Cost me $30 for the chat visit and I was attended to within a few hours of booking. My doctor text chatted with me and changed my prescription when I asked him to offer me an alternative. Pretty easy and affordable.

Through General Medicine, I was able to have a virtual appointment with a primary care physician within 24 hours, who then reviewed my case with a neurologist. This gave me the quick peace of mind I needed. What was so valuable, though, was that GM reached out to a local neurologist for me and got me an in-person appointment for the same week. My PCP through GM continued to reach out to me to follow up, and I felt very supported the entire time.

While all communication was through text, it was like a genuine conversation in a Drs office with a knowledgable physician. Would definitely recommend and use again.
