Great deal and service. I travel a lot and my insurance only provides coverage in my home state. For the same price as my copay at home I can get treatment anywhere via chat. Much easier than an in person visit. They got the prescriptions right to my closest pharmacy, answered all my questions, and luckily my insurance works at pharmacies nationwide despite not working at doctor offices nationwide.

I have been very busy lately and I appreciate all of the support I have gotten from using this service. I felt my concerns were addressed and I received answers to all of my questions

The doctor was very professional very informative and also got back to me quickly I really appreciate the checkups and everything as well and the convenience of being able to text because I work Monday through Friday 7:00 to 5:00

i’ve had a great experience with general medicine. i’ve talked to two doctors and their support team has been incredibly helpful sending my prescriptions to other pharmacies.

I was unable to get an appointment with my doctor for a refill on my SSRI and began to panic because I needed a refill ASAP. I found General Medicine online and got to talk to a nurse practitioner who gave me a same day refill. They were quick to respond and got me a 90 day refill. I’m so thankful they were able to help me. I would recommend them to anyone in need of an emergency refill!
