Great experience

Using Telehealth for my Graves disease is so much easier than going into the doctor's office. I have a video appointment from a doctor whom I can trust and also I can see the same doctor every time I choose to. I get my prescription and my labs all prescribed within a short 5 minute visit. It was longer the first couple of times. It is thorough and they send you text reminders as to when you need another appointment. It is free for me as far as copay goes since I have insurance.

I chose the aforementioned excellent rating because Mrs. Brandi Johnson, who works at General Medicine, delivered empathetic, responsive, efficient, effective, courteous and excellent patient-centered care to me. To quickly recap, after collaborating with me to identify the problems that I encountered, she examined the options available for solving those problems. After doing so, she collaborated with me to select the option that would give me the most benefits at the least cost. Shortly thereafter, she implemented and evaluated the solution. Accordingly, I would like to highly commend her. My commendation is predicated upon my belief and conviction that her excellent delivery of the aforementioned services should be positively reinforced. General Medicine can positively reinforce the empathetic, responsive, efficient, effective and courteous patient-centered care that she delivered to me by using meaningful rewards to motivate her and other representatives to frequently exhibit those desirable behaviors.

I was having a hard time with piercings that I got several months ago. I was getting irritation bumps and any small movement of the piercings was uncomfortable. I didn’t want to remove the piercings and wanted to seek guidance on recommendations and what could be done to rectify the irritation bumps and discomfort I was feeling. I came across general medicine and I’m really glad that I did! I was able to speak with a doctor about what I’ve been experiencing and he prescribed a medication that I could apply to my ear to reduce my symptoms and concerns. And it did just that! Though the bumps aren’t completely gone - my discomfort is gone and the bumps have significantly reduced in size. I’m happy with the results and how attentive the doctor was to my concerns.

After struggling with some issues for ages and getting written off by in-person doctors (and wasting a ton of $$$) I made a text appointment after a particularly rough morning, and by the end of the day I had labs scheduled for things that all my previous doctors had neglected to test for. All done over text so I didn’t have to take any time off of work! The same day! It was incredible. Same with the follow up appointment, as soon as my lab results came in I scheduled an appointment and got one that same day. My mind was blown. The Dr. I was given was so nice and actually listened to me, and didn’t just tell me to try low FODMAP and go on my way. She wrote me a prescription and it was that easy. The pricing is upfront and cheaper than what I was paying at traditional practices, even with insurance. Honestly not a bad thing to say, they don’t make you sign up to any subscriptions or anything scammy like that, it almost seems to be too good to be true. Will be using them for the foreseeable future.
