We are older and don't want to be around sick people so being able to connect with a medical professional online and in our Medicare network made it all work well for us. No waiting in an office with coughing going on. Easy to connect with the link General sends before the appt, you can test audio and video before hand. We've seen several Drs and RN's, all very professional, all well informed of our medical history, our test results and medications are all in the system. It's seamless and so easy to set future appts, and you can set one quickly because of the far ranging network of medical people available. Of course we do our own research too for whatever our physical issue is and we speak up from our perspective. These Drs listen better than our PCPs. We don't always agree but they heard us. Very unique these days and refreshing after being pushed through the mill with another drug, another specialist appt, a pat on the back, see ya in three months. We highly recommend General for it's great customer care, competent physicians, and quick availability.

General Medicine is great. I have a wonderful provider with them. Always answering any questions and anything i need to talk to them about they respond quickly.
