I was honestly super skeptical about this service but wow they exceeded my expectations. My personal experience is 5/5 not a negative thing to say. I did a chat with Dr. McConnell and within 15 minutes my problems were solved and I had a whole care plan laid out for me. I am blown away truly. This may just be the future of healthcare. Now this is just my personal experience and I wouldn't consider my problems to be extremely sensitive and convoluded or special, however if you do have a very intricate health past and care I would still give them a shot. I truly do believe they will be able to help you out or put you on the quickest path to getting help. Thank you all who are involved with this service, you are making the lives of introverts 10x easier!

I love the doctors over at General Medicine. They are prompt & very personable as well. I can get an appointment at just about any time of the day, so if I had other plans they are not being interrupted.

I am very happy with the service I received. It was very easy, convenient, and fast. I was able to get my chat visit and prescriptions very quickly! I will definitely try this again if the need arises, and I’ll recommend this to others.

So helpful and in such a prompt time frame when I needed help Most (and when a lot of other “services” out there couldn’t help). Highly recommended not only for staff professionalism and efficiency but for cost as well. The physician was very kind, and I appreciate he didn’t jump to prescribe me a bunch of medications. He gave me the script w the option of filling it only if my symptoms got worse. Greatly appreciated that guidance. Physician was emphatic and actually made eye contact with you unlike my experience with other telehealth doctors. Also appreciated the text follow up on how I was feeling and if I needed any follow up. Felt like more than just a patient number. Great experience with you guys!

In the past I’ve struggled getting seen by healthcare professionals due to it being expensive. I’ve had a few bills that have come from General medicine that were a bit more than the initial price shown. After bringing it to their attention, they let me know that they’ll always be as transparent as possible with their billing and that they would honor the price I was initially shown. Respect to the company for showing integrity. Also very happy with the MD I was able to speak with and how they created a plan to help me.

I had a great experience with General Medicine. They were very easy to talk to, listened to my concerna, and acted quickly when I needed help. I was down to only 5 tablets of my prescription and because I have hyperhidros, I can't function normally in my daily activities without it especially work. They understood the urgency right away and didn't make me feel judged or rushed. Their fast response and willingness to help made a huge difference for me. I really appreciate how efficient and supportive they were. I feel genuinely cared for and I'm grateful how smoothly everything was handled.
