just awful take forever to respond clinicians just disappear to be replaced by others, then they don’t even send your prescription to your pharmacy. i really regret using this service. there are so many better ones. please be wary.

I needed a prescription refill for my depression medication (very important). They reached out to me and said someone would be in contact by 2pm that day. I did not get an update until the following morning saying "ill review your symptoms and history to create care plan. i may be quiet but please know I'm still here and will reply shortly." Meanwhile I am having horrible withdrawals from my medication. Poor communication. Poor timing. Would not reccommend.

If zero stars were possible, that’s all they would receive. My appointment was had. My prescription was “allegedly” sent to the pharmacy. Contacted the pharmacy 3 times, with no prescription in my name. I came back to contact, and they are absolutely useless. No phone number to contact. Nothing but a text. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

Needed a refill on hypertension and anxiety meds short term. I know as a retired EMS and firefighter how important it is to get the medication. I did a visit and was told I need lab work on Christmas Eve when I leaving for family’s. DO NOT use this company they take the 30.00 dollars and throw road blocks for short term fills. I sent one out of two prescriptions the other bottle was tossed by my wife. The sent the place of refill- pharmacy had that info and still they didn’t fill them. At the end of this review they take without filling and my family is out of 30.00 dollars. Please go somewhere else!

I definitely would NOT recommend them. I thought I would use them to renew an existing prescription since my current provider is undergoing restructuring. Instead of receiving 4 refills for a years supply of the same daily dose I’ve always taken and is on my records at the pharmacy they only gave me 45 for 90 days and no refills. WTH, save your money and energy

Absolutely awful. I have a 11am zoom that the host keeps entering just to kick me from the meeting. Customer service is absolutely unresponsive via text and email. The phone number just leads you to leave a voicemail. Terrible service all around

I was told to “select any pharmacy” since mine wasn’t listed on the pharmacy options list, so I did. I was told that they would add my pharmacy Meds by Mail (Dublin, Ga) but they still haven’t done it! I won’t have my prescription when I need it! I’m not getting any answers on the text line, and you can ONLY leave a voice message on the telephone! I would advise to stay far away from these people! They aren’t in any hurry to help you!
